Eligibility Criteria for SBP IT Officers Training Scheme:

Qualification:Master’s, Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management (other than BSC or MSC in agriculture), Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy and Physics.
Marks / CGPA: Minimum 60% marks where percentage is applicable or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable.
Age Limits: The age should be between 18 years to 26 years as on 11 February 2024, three years age relaxation for Females, Transgenders, minorities, northern areas, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
Experience: No prior experience is required, Fresh Graduates are Eligible to apply.
Gender: Both the Males and Females are Eligible to apply.
Domicile: Sindh (Rural), Baluchistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan & Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).

Pre-Induction Training:

After completion of all formalities including medical, psychological and proof of completed educational documents, The selected candidates shall be required to undergo Theoretical Training at National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad as Trainees. The trainees who successfully complete and qualify the training will be offered appointment as Assistant Director (OG-2) at SBP. During the training period, the trainees shall be paid a monthly stipend equal to half salary (Rs. 41,000).

Salary Package of OG-2 in State Bank of Pakistan:

After successful completion of Training Period, the trainees will be offered appointment as Assistant Directors OG-2 at monthly Salary Starting from Rs. 82,000 along with other benifits in Salary Scale of OG-II as per Bank Rules.

Selected Procedure of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP):

The candidates shortlisted on the basis of Written Test will be called for further process like Group Discussion, psychometric Test, and panel Interview. Candidates are advised to bring all original documents, three Passport size pictures, printed application form, Domicile, CNIC.

Candidates will be selected in order to merit subject to Provincial Quota / Regional Quota defined by the Government of Pakistan.
