Responsibilities for UBL Customer Service Representatives

Have sufficient knowledge of Baking Products and respond to Customer Queries accordingly. Open new Bank Accounts according to the rules and regulations of Banking Sector. Provide information to customers about their Account Balance and Account Status. Ensure all Bank’s policies and Procedures, Code of Conduct and Guidelines are strictly compiled during the duties.
