Responsibilities of Branch Banking Officers
The main job responsibilities of Branch Banking Officers (Females) is to provide customer Support, answering their queries, and help them as per Bank Policies. BBOs also will be responsible for the Open Bank Accounts with verification like identity verification, Collection of necessary documents etc.as per bank policy, provide information of Banking Products, and process Transactions.
