The State Bank of Pakistan has announced the official Advertisement on 10 November 2023 and invited applications from Males and Females Across Pakistan. Eligible candidates may submit online applications till 27 November 2023. Young, talented, and energetic candidates under Statistical Officers and Economic Analysts Training Scheme for the positions of Economic Analysts / Statistical Officers (OG-2).

The State Bank of Pakistan hiring for Assistant Directors OG-2 under Statistics Officers Training Scheme and Economic Analysts Training Scheme SEATS 2023 in the following areas:

Monitory Policy
Economic Policy Review
Research
Statistics
Data Services and Innovations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Master’s, Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with 16 years of education in Economics for Economic Analysts, and in Statistics/Actuarial Sciences/Data Sciences for Statistical Officers.
Marks / CGPA: Minimum 60% marks where percentage is applicable or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable.
Age Limits: The age should be between 18 years to 26 years as on 12 November 2023, three years age relaxation for Females, Transgenders, minorities, northern areas, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
Experience: No prior experience is required, Fresh Graduates are Eligible to apply.
Gender: Both the Males and Females are Eligible to apply.

Pre-Induction Training:

After completion of all formalities including medical, psychological and proof of completed educational documents, The selected candidates shall be required to undergo Theoretical Training at National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad as Trainees. The trainees who successfully complete and qualify the training will be offered appointment as Assistant Director (OG-2) at SBP.

Salary Package of OG-2 in State Bank of Pakistan:

During the training, the trainees shall be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 41,000. After successful completion of Training Period, the trainees will be offered appointment as Economic Analyst / Statistical Officer (OG-2) at monthly monetized Salary of Rs.82,000 along with other benifits in Salary Scale of OG-2 as per Bank Rules.

Upload / add your photograph, date of birth, Personal information, and Educational Background.

Make sure to upload or write accurate information, in case of any false information, the applications will be rejected, so carefully fill out the online applications form. SBP will call Shortlisted candidates for the further process.

Online Apply Last Date:

The deadline it submit online applications is 27 November 2023. Applications by hand or via Email will not be entertained. Make sure to submit complete applications and application fee with in the due date otherwise applications will be rejected by NTS or State Bank of Pakistan.

Selected Procedure of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP):

The candidates shortlisted on the basis of Written Test will be called for further process like Group Discussion, psychometric Test, and panel Interview. Candidates are advised to bring all original documents, three Passport size pictures, printed application form, Domicile, CNIC and proof of NTS fee payment.

Candidates will be selected in order to merit subject to Provincial Quota / Regional Quota defined by the Government of Pakistan.
