Now the Citizens of Punjab Province can get their Learner Driving Permit Online from anywhere by Paying the Learning Driving License fee.
New Driving License Fee revised by the Government of Punjab to Rs. 500/- previously it was RS60. Starting January 1, 2024, citizens of Punjab will now have to pay Rs500 annually for the license. Government of Punjab now getting annual fee for Driving License and issued the New Fee Schedule from Driving License Fee effective from January 01, 2024.
How to Apply for Learner Driving License in Punjab?
Here is the step by step Guide to apply online for Learner Driving License in Punjab:
- Step 1: Visit Driving License Information Management System (DLIMS) website of Punjab Government at https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/login
- Step 2:If you are applying for the First Time, then click on Create Your Account and Register for DLIMS, otherwise Enter your Email ID and Password to Login.
- Step 3: Click on New Learner / Renew Learner as per your requirement and Fill form with your personal details.
- Step 4: Upload your Picture, CNIC Front and Back and Click on Submit button.
- Step 5: Pay Application fee through PSID (will be generated after submission) using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and 1Link Bank ATMs.
New Learner Driving License Fee in Punjab:
Punjab Government has revised the learner driving license fee from January 01, 2024, learner Driving License fee will be Rs. 500/- and previously it was Rs. 60/- Only. Residents of Punjab province now can get their Learner Driving License from anywhere through DLIMS by paying the free online.
How to Pay Learner Driving License Fee Online?
Citizens of Punjab who are getting Online Learner Driving License now can pay their License fee easily online by Using Banking Apps. 1Link member Branches, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa are collecting fee.
- Visit Nearest ATM / 1Link Member Bank with your ATM Card / Master Card.
- Select GoPb from Menu under Bill Payment Option.
- Enter 17 Digit PSID, Due amount against PSID will automatically fetched and Displayed on ATM Screen / App Screen.
- Press Pay / Submit button and successful transaction message will appear on Screen.
Driving License Center in Punjab:
To provide the facilities to Punjab Residents, Government of Punjab has increased the Driving Test Centers from 46 to 1300. Licensing facilities are available at Police Stations, Highway Patrol Police Posts and Police Service Centers.

Punjab Government has also increased the Driving License Fee from January 01, 2024.
