CM Punjab Stopped Increment in Driving License Fees Till 9th January 2024. Now the citizens can get the license by paying the old fee till January 9. Earlier, the Punjab government had announced an increase in the driving license fee from January 1, 2024, which the Chief Minister Punjab has suspended until January 9, 2024.
Citizens of Punjab province can get a license by paying the old fee till January 9. After January 9, the increase in driving license fee will be applied. According to the new fee, learner driving license will now cost Rs 500 instead of Rs 60.

Government of Punjab has increased the Learning Driving License fee from 1st January 2024. The new Learning Driving License fee increased from Rs. 60 to Rs. 500 from 1st January 2024. How to Pay Learner Driving Permit Fee Online?
Citizens of Punjab who are getting Online Learner Driving License now can pay their License fee easily online by Using Banking Apps. 1Link member Branches, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa are collecting fee.
- Visit Nearest ATM / 1Link Member Bank with your ATM Card / Master Card.
- Select GoPb from Menu under Bill Payment Option.
- Enter 17 Digit PSID, Due amount against PSID will automatically fetched and Displayed on ATM Screen / App Screen.
- Press Pay / Submit button and successful transaction message will appear on Screen.

How to Apply for Learner Driving License in Punjab?
Here is the step by step Guide to apply online for Learner Driving License in Punjab:
- Step 1: Visit Driving License Information Management System (DLIMS) website of Punjab Government at https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/login
- Step 2:If you are applying for the First Time, then click on Create Your Account and Register for DLIMS, otherwise Enter your Email ID and Password to Login.
- Step 3: Click on New Learner / Renew Learner as per your requirement and Fill form with your personal details.
- Step 4: Upload your Picture, CNIC Front and Back and Click on Submit button.
- Step 5: Pay Application fee through PSID (will be generated after submission) using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and 1Link Bank ATMs.
